Last Summer I met Heidi for a photoshoot in Glossop with her animals.

Heidi runs The Therapy Room in Glossop, doing personal training, pilates, sports therapies and runs boot camps. If any of you know Heidi personally you’ll know she’s actually treated an impressive list of celebrities so the people of Glossop are in good hands!

We started the photoshoot with her two dogs Rocco and Harvey, before getting her lovely coloured horse Freckles involved. 

Rocco is the Jack Russell and Harvey is the Cockerpoo. At the time of the photoshoot she hadn’t long had Harvey after taking him for a friend, yet as you can see he’s a happy little chap who’s fit in perfectly with his new friend Rocco.

Rocco is 13 year old and looking fantastic for his age. I think he loved all the attention and was more than willing to pose.

After getting a few images of the dogs on their own we got Freckles involved. Starting with a slightly experimental black background shot. 

The next image is one of Heidi’s favourite from the photoshoot.

We then took Freckles into the field and down the lane for some shots before Heidi jumped on for a few bareback images.

If you know me you’ll know I love a good gate, fence or stable to lean on. So this gate in my eyes was perfect for a few shots to end on.

Finally, a few out-takes below. I promise our photoshoot will always be full of lots of fun and laughter! 

So I am writing this post on Blue Monday which is supposedly the most depressing day of the year. So I am hoping on this cold damp winter day, this blog post might bring a smile to your face!

During our photoshoot, things won’t always go 100% to plan but that’s okay. Animals are unpredictable, although I can often predict if we are in a field of long grass they might just want a munch on it!! My photoshoots are always lots of fun and full of laughter and these moments just capture your horse/dogs personality. 

I will always include out-takes and bloopers in your gallery, although they probably won’t make the wall. They might just make you smile and they are a memory of the day!
